Femgenics was started by two women who got tired of guessing. We both dealt with hormonal issues, and we both decided the pill wasn't the route we wanted to take. So we started taking supplements instead, and spent a long time working out which ones were worth it. Eventually we made our own. We chose ingredients with real research behind them, sourced the better forms where they exist.

We know we're not the only ones. A lot of women are working through the same questions, usually on their own, and usually without anywhere useful to ask them. Building this has meant hearing from women who have been through exactly what we have, and that has shaped as much as the formulas did. We make clean, considered supplements with clear formulas, studied ingredient amounts, and simple explanations, so women know what they are taking and why.Our goal is to move away from confusing routines, and offer honest support for the real way women live, through changing routines, busy days, different phases, and everything in between.
