Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Any available free shipping offers will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@femgenics.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.

Femgenics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@femgenics.com with your order number.

We will help review the tracking information and assist where possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, or with a broken or tampered seal, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@femgenics.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
