The 40:1 ratio is one of the most widely studied ways of combining myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. It keeps myo-inositol as the predominant form while pairing it with a smaller amount of D-chiro-inositol.

Inositol works gradually with consistent use, so most people build it into their routine for several weeks or more rather than expecting an overnight change. Individual experiences vary.

The D-chiro-inositol in our formula comes from Caronositol®, a proprietary source derived from carob. Carob naturally contains D-pinitol, which is converted and purified into D-chiro-inositol for use in the formula.
