This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through femgenics.com. Femgenics is operated by Brandusa LLC.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
For safety and quality reasons, opened dietary supplements cannot be returned.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For general returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or an item that arrived damaged.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Compromised Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, expired, or with a broken or tampered seal, contact us at info@femgenics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if approved, help resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Subscriptions
You may cancel or update your subscription before your next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
